Being in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years, I’ve seen just about everything there is to see. I started my journey washing dishes at a local restaurant, worked my way up to Restaurant Manager, and later traveled the world helping open new franchise locations.

Since joining Barmetrix in 2007, I’ve completed over 6,000 stocktakes across Australia — from large liquor barns and high-volume cocktail bars to small restaurants. My goal is simple: help every operator increase profitability, control costs, and take back control of their business.
