Corporate Project Examples:

Diageo Perfect Serve: Barmetrix worked closely with Diageo Australia to develop and implement one of the countries largest on premise training initiative – the Perfect Serve Program.

Perfect Service involved project managing the design of the program platform, the sourcing and gearing up bartender trainers across the country and then the roll-out of the program to 500 venues nationally.

Diageo used the Barmetrix Bartender Evaluation technology to test bartender skills and drink mixing standards. Barmetrix also commissioned and managed the production of the audio video tools including the Perfect Serve DC Rom and Video.

Overall the Perfect Serve Program was an outstanding success, winning the Tourism Training Awards ‘Training Initiative of the Year’ in 2004.
