Give your staff the skills & recognition your business needs!
Ongoing personalised training is as essential to maintaining consistency of your standards as it is to promoting the growth and dedication of your employees. But so is accreditation! So, where to from here?
Barmetrix have recently formed an alliance with quality training company, Access Group Training. We have chosen this statewide Registered Training Organisation as a partner because they can provide a flexible, customised, and interactive training program for hospitality, business (including Front Line Management) & retail operations certificates.
Utilising the Barmetrix PROtrainer software (which was designed to ensure maximum outcome of any workplace training program) to facilitate traineeships means that it is now possible to induct AND qualify your staff while make the most of generous state funding and federal incentives to cover all the costs.
“Aligning the PROtrainer to assist facilitation of workplace traineeships was a natural progression” says Jason from Barmetrix. “And Access Group Training were an obvious choice to join us on the project”
Barmetrix is recognised by many of Australia’s leading Bars, Clubs & Restaurants for creating a culture of accountability and increasing profitability. And the PROtrainer solution is a critical part of that success.
The PROtrainer solution is an interactive training software program that employees use to answer multiple choice questions on a range of modules included in the chosen traineeship program. They can also play learning games and monitor their own progress. It provides detailed back end reporting on the progress of each employee, results achieved, and the time it took. Managers can also print out supervisor practical checklists, to manage the parts of the training that can´t be covered theoretically. Client house policies and info are integrated into each trainees program.
“Using the PROtrainer to facilitate our traineeships means we achieve a successful outcome everytime, because the trainees are accessing an innovative process of quality learning and assessment…It’s unbeatable” says Wayne Roby, Regional Manager, Access Group Training
Access Group Training manage over 1000 trainees statewide, in the Hospitality, Retail & Business fields. All materials, trainers, and procedures must meet Quality Assurance Standard ISO 9001.
Access Group Training/ PROtrainer traineeships have already begun in 5 client organisations this month alone… Don’t miss out on the action!
