PROtrainer is, in our humble opinion the most significant training tool in the market today. Each staff member is assigned a series of courses or tests depending on their skill level or employment level. Every time they log on, they are shown written manuals, video explaining the content and then asked a series of questions based on the material. Everything from questions about their new employer, the venue, health and safety, menu items and product knowledge can be asked. Multiple choice, true or false and picture questions are mixed randomly. The staff member must ‘pass' each section before moving on, answering every question correctly twice in a row. Wrong answers are recorded, as is the time taken on each test.

Physical skills are tested with a state of the art Pour Test that not only measures accuracy of pour to a tenth of a unit but also adds a time dimension missing with Accu-Pour, etc. |
